As I look at the state of the world today, I find myself asking: why do bad people often thrive while good people are taken too soon? This question weighed heavily on my mind, so I decided it was time to ask the Holy One, whom the world refers to as God, for answers.

As you may have noticed, I typically refer to Him as the CREATOR because His name is beyond words. When guided by His Spirit, I feel obligated to share the revelations He has given me. This is why most of my articles are not for everyone, but rather to a select few with discernment.

Last night, after praying, meditating, and reflecting, I realized why good people do not last long in this world. Only He who sits on the THRONE OF GLORY knows the reasons, which are unknown to man. Nothing can escape our Creator, who sees what humans cannot.

He recognizes each individual by name and their final hour. His limitless goodness and mercy reveal the complexities of human nature, including why the righteous are sometimes taken from us too soon. In this article, I will give a brief explanation of why good people often leave this world too soon.

Why Good People Die So Early and Wicked People Live Longer

Before I begin, you must understand the following. No one will remain in this world forever, for it’s a temporary realm designed to choose those who’ll inherit the Kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 15:50). Our true home is Paradise, the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:8-14), where Adam failed to establish dominion due to sin (Genesis 3:1-7).

This world is ruled by Helel (Lucifer), the head of Satan, who has power over its systems (2 Corinthians 4:4). Helel is the same as Lucifer or Morning Star, who turned away from God and became a fallen angel.

After being kicked out of heaven (Revelation 12:7-9), he and his followers claimed power and turned earth into their own kingdom. Because of this, the Bible warns against the love of the world (1 John 2:15–17), stressing that short-term gains on earth are not worth what lies ahead (Matthew 16:26).

We are on Earth for two main reasons: to steward and multiply (Genesis 1:28), and to live righteously so that when we leave this world, we can inherit God’s kingdom (Paradise). The reason why Good people die so early is that God, in His wisdom, removes them to protect them from the corrupting influences of the world. This is why the Book of Isaiah says:

The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart; the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil

(Isaiah 57:1)

This phenomenon isn’t new; it happened to Enoch, who ‘was taken up so that he would not see death’ (Genesis 5:24, Hebrews 11:5), and Elijah, who was carried to heaven without dying (2 Kings 2:11-12). It also happened to Abel, who was killed for righteousness (Genesis 4:8, Matthew 23:35), and Moses, who was buried by God himself (Deuteronomy 34:6). Even Abraham, a man of great faith, led a God-pleasing life and was gathered to his people at an advanced age (Genesis 25:7-11). The list is endless.

When the righteous are tired of life’s trials, they cry out to God for help (Psalm 34:17). Some may even believe that God does not listen to their prayers. What they don’t realize is that God has a different plan than theirs, and he’d rather they return home to avoid further suffering while also receiving eternal rest.

On the other hand, the wicked tend to live longer because Satan extends their life, allowing them to continue evil. As the god of this world, Satan sustains those who crave the darkness he fuels, using them to spread misery and chaos. That is the only reward they will ever get since they have decided to love the things of this world and all of its evil.

Just as the Creator wants the righteous to spread goodness, the adversary wants the wicked to spread evil. Given the world’s sinful state, a loving, reasonable Father may choose to spare His people early, whereas Satan keeps his people alive to further his agenda. In the end, those bound to Satan and driven by their love for the world will face destruction alongside him. These events will continue to occur in preparation for the great rapture and the end of the world.

Conclusion

The sooner we realize that this world is not for the righteous and that we were only sent here for a reason, the better our chances of seeing the big picture. When you lose a good person, do not cry, but rather rejoice because their exit was facilitated by our Creator in order to save them.
