I recently had a heart-wrenching conversation with a friend who shared his painful experience of being abandoned by the woman he loved and wanted to marry. The reason for the break-up was that she felt he was too gentle and not commanding.

After reflecting on our conversation, I realized that this pattern among most women was not unique to my friend’s experience; it was a manifestation of something that existed long before us. It was then that I realized that the reason some women prefer the ‘bad guy’ could be due to Eve in the Bible.

Many people are unaware that Eve had a relationship with the serpent, who was actually the fallen angel Sammael. This is why Eve declared that she had acquired a child from the Lord, who is Sammael in Genesis 4:1. Although this information was removed from the modern Bible, some Apocryphal texts revealed that the serpent in Eden was the fallen angel Sammael.

In fact, their relationship resulted in the birth of Cain, which was one of the reasons she and Adam were banished from the Garden of Eden. Our Creator chose Adam to be Eve’s companion, but she chose to fall in love with a fallen angel despite being warned previously.

The pattern Eve displayed in the Garden of Eden appears to have repeated throughout history, with some women drawn to partners who embody chaos. Research has explored this phenomenon, offering insights into its underlying causes.

According to Dr. Helen Fisher, women’s attraction to such partners stems from a desire for excitement, which results in dopamine release. Studies have linked this attraction to biological factors such as increased estrogen and oxytocin levels, which increase the desire for social bonding. Sensation-seeking and impulsivity also play a role in this attraction, which may be biological in nature and associate these partners with excitement or danger.

Conclusion

The next time you meet a woman who is always drawn to bad boys, think about the Eve Effect.

As a man looking for a wife, it’s critical to pray for discernment to avoid falling for someone influenced by the Eve Effect. Remember that not all women prefer bad boys.
